Here are a few good questions:

What makes a readable document, traditional or electronic? Are we talking typography or editorial content? It seems to me that an electronic text has the same challenge as a paper text to get the reader to turn the page. On-line, it's a bit easier not to go on to page two, but the creative problem is the same: does the reader care enough to continue on with my narrative?
